We are delighted to introduce our newest player addition, talented wicketkeeper and strong middle-order batsman, Muhammad Ali to replace the outgoing Demari Prince. The club would like to thank Demari for time with the club.
Aged 25, Ali started his cricketing journey at Golcar and Elland in 2016-17, gaining valuable league experience. His recent performances at Golcar, where he amassed an impressive 691 runs in the 2022 Premiership campaign, showcase his batting prowess. Notably, he also contributed with over 500 runs for Mirfield Parish in 2018.
Beyond his batting capabilities, Ali has proven himself as a reliable wicketkeeper, claiming over 170 victims during his time at Golcar which will make him a great foil for returning overseas leg spinner, Nayyar Abbas.
