UK Passport-holding West Indian Demari Prince will take the gloves in Nathan Jones’ 1XI next season and adds steel to the upper order as he replaces Nathan Walker who has decided to move back to Friarmere.
The club moved swiftly to capture the former West Bromwich Dartmouth and Handsworth CC man who hails from Anguilla and comes highly experienced having played in the UK for over 10 years. This winter Demari has starred for Anguilla in their Leeward Islands Cricket Board where he’s averaged 25.00 with the bat. Demari has also turned out for the Leeward Islands Hurricanes Cricket Team based in St Kitts.
Demari will occupy a top order batting position which will add steel and experience to the upper order as we bid to bounce back to the Premiership at the first time of asking. The club would like to welcome Demari to HQ and look forward to seeing him in action.
